As you leave the lift the achievement should pop. Once past climb up the ladder into the lift shaft, direct the lift down one floor and flip the emergency door controls. Throw the bottle to the right of them, so we can sneak past on our left (while hugging the BBQ counters). Once round the corner climb up the ladder/trellis onto the roof where you'll see three guards. Vault over the railing while hugging the wall and shimmy around the outside of the building.
